The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, construction management experience, and the ability to coordinate crews, timelines, budgets, and customer communication.
Install and repair commercial roofing systems
Assist with tear-offs, insulation, and membrane installation
Operate roofing tools and equipment safely
Perform heat welding and membrane sealing
Follow safety guidelines and job site procedures
Load and unload materials and equipment
Work collaboratively with crew members and foremen
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
